SEASONS OF LIFE The beautiful 'Autumn Leaves' are now fast falling ........ grief not, worry not, lament not and lose not, for it is all part of the natural cycle and seasons of life. Travel with the time, let go gracefully, be free, embrace inevitable change and be as one with the changing seasons. Never hang on to what is not meant to be and what cannot be, nor be afflicted by it. Without death, there can be no life. Without death, there can be no renewal nor rejuvenation. Without death, there can be no 'value' in life. It takes the opposites to attain life's real meaning. Therefore, while the seasons for living are on, always live them to the fullest and in the most exuberant way so that when the seasons are all over, there can be no regrets ....... but only a life well lived with beautiful memories ! IN LOVING MEMORY OF DORIS COOK (MUM), From: Charles, Kiong, Abby and Jett
