Passed away suddenly at his home on 15th July 2022.
Husband to Susanne.
Loving father to Sarah, Rebecca, Jane and James.
Cherished grandfather of Milly, Eliza, Leila, Xavier, Abigail and Matilda.
Brother to Wolly and David.

1953- October 20 Roman was born in the Geelong hospital to Zina & John Humeniuk, who were Ukranian refugees
1954 Wolly was born, Roman was 14 months old
1962 A sister was born, who sadly passed away within an hour from birth
1971 David was born, Roman was 18 years old
1972 John and Zina separated, divorcing at a later date
1973 Roman joined the Police Force
1974 Roman married Susanne Hallam at St Margaret’s Geelong and moved into a flat in Bell Post Hill behind Granny’s (Sofia Demko, Roman’s grandmother) house
1976 Roman and Sue moved into a house in Corio that Pa (Sue’s Father) built
1977 Roman and Sue welcomed their first daughter, Sarah
1979 Their second daughter, Rebecca, was born
1983 Their third daughter, Jane, was born
1987 The family moved to Tongala, where Roman was in charge at the town’s one man Police Station
1990 Roman and Sue welcomed their son James in March, Zina passed away in May
2000 First European holiday as a family to visit Sarah & Damian in London
2002 Roman travelled with Pop and Dave to visit the Ukraine, meeting family and friends along the way
2003 Roman left the Tongala Police Station and moved to Echuca joining the local station
2011 Roman retired from the Police Force
2014 Roman and Sue separated, with Roman relocating to Newtown
2015 John Humeniuk passed away
2020 Roman moved into TLC at Armstrong Creek
2022 Roman left TLC, moving into his own house in Armstrong Creek. Roman passed away suddenly in his home
