Passed away peacefully, grateful for having had a long and fulfilling life and for being able to leave it in the manner he wanted.
Beloved husband of Maida (dec. 1997) and blessed partner of Wendy Watson.
Loved and loving father of Simon, Nick and Anna, father-in-law of Kaye, Caryn and Geoff, and papa to Eleanor, Max, Hannah, Harriet, Patrick, Oliver and Lachlan.
